Unlike academic papers, expert reports must be understandable to decision-makers unfamiliar with the technical content. The challenge lies in building a clear, logical synthesis from complex data to explain the reality behind the dispute.

He highlights the need to discriminate essential elements from a sea of information and creatively present a coherent, supported narrative.

“The major sin of an Expert Witness isn’t technical, but failing to communicate a complex reality in a simple, accessible way”, he assures.
