Fernando Landeros
Architect with nearly 20 years of experience, he has advised on ongoing projects and participated as an expert witness in trials, arbitrations and dispute boards in Chile and several Latin American countries.
His specialty lies in the technical analysis of disputes, focusing on the assessment of delay and quantification of damages under international standards. He has worked on more than 100 cases related to large-scale projects in sectors such as mining, energy, infrastructure, industry and construction.
He has issued expert reports for courts, institutional arbitrations and international proceedings (CAM, ICC, UNCITRAL), acting both at the request of the parties and as appointed by the judges or arbitrators. He has also been a member of Dispute Boards in FIDIC contracts and technical panels such as that of the Ministry of Public Works (MOP) in Chile.
Recognized by Leaders League for six consecutive years as a leading expert in construction and engineering expert reports, he combines a rigorous technical approach with practical experience in resolving complex disputes in the sector
